Ken FIEDLER  has represented injured victims, those harmed by bad faith and their loved ones for more than twenty-five years as a litigator. He is recognized as passionate, principled and proven. His expertise was hard won through tireless work and uncompromising commitment to his clients. He has tried complex civil jury trials involving wrongful death, medical malpractice, transportation, and premises liability and has secured verdicts in Colorado and Illinois. His clients have suffered harms ranging from brain damage, spinal cord injury, de-gloving, vision loss and wrongful death. He has won multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients.

Ken has maintained a lifetime commitment to serving the community. He began his career as a prosecutor for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office where he proudly represented the people of the State of Illinois, prosecuting criminal cases and arguing multiple times before the Illinois Appellate Court and the Illinois Supreme Court. As an Assistant State’s Attorney, he worked in many divisions including Felony Trial, Appellate, Narcotics and Felony Review. He is proud of his time spent to help start the Children’s Advocacy Center for the protection of children victims of sexual abuse crimes, the first of its kind in the state.

Ken grew up in Chicago. A born competitor, he fell in love with basketball as a kid and earned a scholarship to Texas Christian University. He was an Academic All-American. Ken and his wife Gail ventured west from Chicago with their young family, settling in Colorado, where Gail’s grandmother was raised and where her extended family has roots tracing back to the 1800s. Ken and Gail are the proud parents of three children and three dogs, including Gavel, a six-pound maltipoo and the official mascot of FIEDLER  Trial Lawyers.  While tiny, he is strong and mighty — like the Firm.

Ken serves on the Board of Directors of Families Forward Resource Center, which focuses on strengthening and enriching underserved families in northeast Denver and north Aurora through comprehensive family support services and collaborative partnerships. Ken has volunteered his time to help mentor and judge law students at moot court competitions. Ken is proud to have coached his children and their teammates in youth basketball for the Arapahoe Youth League. He and his teenage son have partnered with Under Armour and travelled as far as Kenya to promote international basketball competition and provide much needed services to underserved grade school students in remote villages of Mombasa.
